Refund Policy

1. Digital Course Access

Because our digital products (pre-recorded courses, downloadable PDFs, and practice tests) are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a module has been accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to review our course syllabus and watch free preview modules before purchasing.

2. 24-Hour "Change of Mind"

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not started the course (0% progress) and have not downloaded any proprietary materials. After this window, all digital sales are final.

3. Live Workshops & Mentorship

For 1-on-1 sessions or live group workshops:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours before the session: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 24-72 hours before the session: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations under 24 hours or "no-shows": Non-refundable.

4. Technical Issues

If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing the content, and our support team cannot resolve them within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please email help@clarity-flux.com with your order number and reason for the request. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
